A collection of current oil paintings on canvas. The Refractive Index – Fundamentally… challenging the boundaries of morphed processes and thinking, whilst playing with our rational aesthetic dialogues. 


The primary function is to question the ambiguity of angles of light that are transmitted and absorbed into each other.  ( inspired by the scientific terminology ) The dynamic connecting qualities that allow us as vessels to transmit and absorb light, becoming one with others, and nature, whilst also creating contrasting juxtaposition of scales, and forms.

Questions that may not be adhered to, answered or achieved. Where landscape, human form and outside negative shapes fuse boundaries cast by the existence of light.
