Closure and Wandering

A series of works that manifested themselves from initial small works on High Press paper. Using a third split rule of blocking colours. The work was direct in that it was using the skyline as motivational inspiration. A quick period in his practice due to the passing of a family member, the ethereal connections he made with sea, and sky, formed the basis to the work. Appreciation of the beauty around him helped to conjure peace within him. Inspiration from walking surrounded by the magnificent views where he resided.
